  Residence Halls

All rooms are furnished with beds, desks, desk chairs, dressers and closets. A room inventory describing the condition of the room and its contents is completed by the Residence Hall Staff before students move in. Students should take extra care in noting the condition of the room before signing the inventory sheet because they will be billed for damages not identified at the beginning of the year. While students are encouraged to decorate their rooms, the use of tape and nails on the walls will result in a damage charge. Nothing may be hung from the ceiling or pipes.

As long as your student attends the university they may leave their belongings in their rooms during Thanksgiving, Christmas and spring break and fall break. Storing items during breaks is at the students’ risk. Students will have to remove their belongings for the summer.
