New Student Orientation Welcome to Averett University! We are all excited that you have decided to become a member of our family, and look forward to your arrival on campus. You are now, and forever will be, a valued member of this family, and as you travel your road of life it is our hope that Averett will have enriched it greatly. By deciding to attend Averett you are making Averett the next stop on your journey down life’s road and the 2006-2007 Orientation staff hopes that journey is the best it can be! Orientation is the first stop! It will be a process that will both acclimate you with campus life and the academic rigors of college, while having fun too! This site contains information that students, faculty and staff thought would be important for you to know before you arrived.
