"Article" takes you directly to a full text copy in an alternate database. This is the best option, though it sometimes results in errors due to insufficient information from publishers.
"Journal" links to the journal title in an alternate database. Browse until you find the volume and issue cited.
"Database" links to the search interface of an alternate database, where you can search for the article using information in the citation.
Note: The title and pagination of a citation may vary, especially for different editions of a newspaper. Search by keywords in title and author's last name if you have trouble locating the article.
