Dept. after accusations from Adobe that his software violates the
DMCA. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 makes it a crime
for users to bypass encryption technology. Congress is concerned
that end users' right of access to products they have paid for may
be impeded by software developer/publisher encryption technologies.
