If you have a citation in hand, type or paste the journal or "source" title (not the article title) in the journal locator: Locate a specific journal title: You can can also browse the Averett journal collection by subject area: Browse journals in your profession or academic discipline:
If the journal is online for the issue or date in your citation, link to that database and look for the specific issue, or search by article author, title, or subject. (The best method depends on the database.) If the Journal Locator shows holdings in current issues, bound, microfilm, or fiche format, come to the library to get the article. If you are not in Danville, contact the Reference Desk for assistance. We will fax the article to you. If the journal is not listed for the issue you require, enter a complete citation (journal title, date of publication, volume and issue numbers, article author and title, page numbers) on an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request, or send your ILL request to aclib@averett.edu. ILL articles are usually delivered within 2-4 days. For assistance, contact the Averett Library Reference desk |
