Help Requests

The Computer Center Helpdesk is available to Averett University faculty, staff and administration and currently enrolled students (student support is on a limited basis). In order for all requests to be logged and serviced in the most efficient manner, please contact the Computer Center Helpdesk (791-5600 ext. 5720) or submit your request via Web Support Form , otherwise the response to your request may delayed.

Help is available for the following:

  • Login/Password help for Averett Webmail
  • Login/Password help for Blackboard 6
  • Help with Printing/Downloading documents
  • Using Library databases
  • Using Microsoft Office and other applications
  • Broken hardware
  • Network Passwords
