WebMail Services
Each student, faculty, and staff member at Averett University is provided with an averett.edu e-mail address. Support is always available for these accounts through the Web Support Form.

To Use WebMail

1. Open a browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

2. In the address bars, type in: http://webmail.averett.edu/

3. Enter your username and password, then click Log in.

Blackboard
Averett University offers the e-learning software platform Blackboard 6, a comprehensive and flexible course management system designed to maximize the learning experience, and provide instant online access to course materials. Each student is given a Blackboard account, and is encouraged to take advantage of this asset.

Personal Web Space
Averett University offers personal web space to students at no charge. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity please contact The Computer Center.
