E. Stuart James Grant Center Athletic Training Room

The athletic training room located in the E. Stuart James Grant Convocation Center was opened in 1998. The athletic training room is utilized by all 15-varsity sports and is adequately equipped with the latest advances that the field of sports medicine has to offer.

E. Stuart James Grant Center Weight Room

The weight room is located within the E. Stuart James Grant Convocation Center and is utilized by all students at Averett University. It contains free weights, cable and smith machines, squat racks, and hammer strength machines. The Field house located in the Cougar Den stadium houses its own weight room, which is utilized by the Averett University Football Team
